Gratitude

Being grateful is a powerful tool. It is something that can change your mood and help you refocus on whats good.

Try this exercise one morning.

Get up and write down 20 things you are grateful for. Really sit there and visualize these things. Then tell them to God. I mean really say Thank You!

It may seem like much but hopefully you can realize that the life God has given you is something to be appreciated. Circumstances don't always work out the way we want them to are how we want them to but God has your back ALWAYS. For that you can be forever grateful because he will always be there.
